SAS Comment Manager enables users to upload files with their comments.You have the following options to limit file uploading:

• You can prevent users from uploading any file by removing them from roles that have the Visual Analytics:Add and View Comments capability enabled.
• You can use the WebDAV utility to prevent users from uploading specific file types to the SAS^® Content Server. For assistance with this task, contact SAS^® Technical Support

Note: Users who attempt to upload restricted file types are not notified that the file has not been uploaded.
